How about duct tape? It might make removing it more difficult for you, but then again if it's difficult for you it will be difficult for her, too. I was kidding at first, but the more I think about it, the more I think it just might work.....!
I am so glad my kids haven't figured that out yet !!! My problem seems to be getting a diaper on a moving (that is, RUNNING) child (13 months old). Good luck!

When shes in one of those footed sleepers put it on backwards... then she cant unsnap it. When shes in normal clothes put a peice of duck tape on the front of the diaper. You dont have to put it all around her waste, just on the diaper tapes

maybe try putting those rubber pants over her diaper and if that wont work how about clothes that dont snap at the bottom like some bibs that are not so easy for her to get off

My son is also 1, and is always pulling it of so i make sure he has shorts on so he cant get to the tabs to pull it off.
I also noticed the other day at the supermarket they have pullup type nappies for toddlers now which do not have the tabs so maybe you should check those out

I have 5 year old triplets, the youngest of them did the same, it is an adventure when they first learn how to take things off and it will pass. it took about a month and she grew bored . it can be frustrating i know, i even resorted to pinning them on, she figured out how to undo the pins. just try to be patient, it will pass

Since she hates her diaper so much - why not try potty training?
