Well recently I broke out in acne so I used my Proactive more times a day than I should 4-5. Now the skin on my face is really dry. What should I do to help this without making it worse?

Apply 2 tablespoon raw milk on the face and neck or where ever it is dry and leave it to dry. Wash off with cold water. This helps to get soft skin. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and use a face pack of ripe bananas and honey. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for dry skin at the link below.

Use a small amount of virgin olive oil and spread it out. Olive oil is very good for the skin and will not reinfect the acne site.

good luck.

i had this exact same problem from proactive so i cut back to using it just once a day and used a very light (foam) moisturizer i think mine is made by neutragena so it wont be to heavy or clog your pores! good luck!

Use your dermal product as prescribe by your dermatologist... don't over use it, it may also worsen your acne.
