India ought to retain its distinctive identity. Capital punishment must continue. All religions of India authorise and insist on capital punishment. And in India(also Pakistan, BanglaDesh) no Law can be legislated in opposition to religious commandments, however secular be the Constitution or the Governments. The only modification: The heir(s ) of the murdered may have the right to pardon the murderer, by accepting blood-money, acceptable to the Court. Presently, the heir(s) donot have much solace on the death-punishment of the murderer. It is already a Law in Pakistan.

India is a great Politically,Criminally & Corrupted country.
Rapes are increasing day by day.Corruption & Crimes are increased to such a large extent that capital punishment is very less.
But according to question YES CAPITAL PUNISHMENT should be continued in India massively For more than TEN Years from now.

I can say that are all. Different creature gathering together might not be the same obtain. Even the water floud over the land, all creature dyed but some of the little insects might not die, it may floating on a leaf or piece of wood still surive. I know in the hot water of vocano steam, there is a little fish still living there.

capital punshment is hardly prevelent in INDIA.It shouldn't be abolished in some cases like rape,terrorist attacks etc.

YES. why not??????????? a law is to be followed. those who break the law r rightly to be send to hell. tit for tat. as u reap so shall u pay.the meanings of this saying should be kept alive.a crime done is breaking of religious law.show them way to gallow.
