According to Larry M's figures, humans only contribute to 3.2258% of the CO2 each year. I'm shocked how little it is because of the news, I thought we were to blame.

This estimate includes both subaerial and submarine volcanoes, about in equal amounts. Emissions of CO2 by human activities, including fossil fuel burning, cement production, and gas flaring, amount to about 22 billion tonnes per year (24 billion tons) [ ( Marland, et al., 1998). Human activities release more than 150 times the amount of CO2 emitted by volcanoes--the equivalent of nearly 17,000 additional volcanoes like Kilauea (Kilauea emits about 13.2 million tonnes/year)!
if dead green things release 9 billion tons, that pretty much suggests that farm plants, that have to killed for harvest doesn't do much to trap CO2 doesn't it?

Hands down the US.

Americans make up 4.5 % of the worlds population yet we consume 33% of it's materials... The average ecofootprint that we have is 30 acres (thats how much each American needs to sustain his/her life) the average Italian, less then 15 acres. Can you say OUCH?
