I know that i have to go through Laryngoscopic Surgery for removal of this nodule. I feel like there's something in my throat, if i continue talking it hurts a little, but if one or two sentences with interval, no problem. I feel burning in my throat when taking food.(I think its the spice in the food).I have been suffering this for about one year.Is there a cancer probability?

The question is, how effective is it?Does this cure fully?
will i be able to sing again?
How much is the cost?
expecting answer from some expert.
Anyone there who had taken this treatment? Please answer

Vocal Nodule problems are from abusing your voice. Talking, screaming, singing, etc. In your case it sounds like its from singing. They will go in and remove the nodule and you will not be able to talk for at least a week. No speaking at all until the area heals. If you continue to abuse your voice you can continue to have this problem as I am sure your Dr has told you. I don't know that it can lead to cancer, that is a question you need to ask your physcian.
Good Luck.
