I'll concentrate my answer on the most frequent question, according to the "similar questions" thing when you ask in this forum:
Why do Atheists come to the R/S section? - 1752 similar questions
What is the meaning of life - 13384 similar
Pascal's wager (asked as "Can God create a rock..") - 138 similar (I was surprised at that number, seems like it should be more)
Why do bad things happen to good people - 463 similar
Where do atheists get their values? - 9 similar questions
If man is evolved from monkeys - 128 similar
Will I go to hell - 8561 similar
So the meaning of life question has the most votes, according to my completely unscientific, hurriedly made, research lol

They all make me want to scratch. The Freewill one (# 3) really gets me. People, it's 2007. Haven't we, as a Western Society, moved past this Old Testament understanding of life? ACTUALLY, the Book of Genesis best explains the existence of Freewill! Duh...that leads me to ask: who are you guys learning this stuff from? The doctrine of Freewill is one of the very first things a Christian or Jewish child should learn. Open up the Book of Genesis and read the story of the Fall and you will never again need to ask that foolish question. AND if its a question other than these, its just some preachy whiner saying how right he/she is. Anybody got any interesting ideas/questions/discussions?

6 I think is my most annoying personally since its often assumed that atheists simply dont HAVE values... Makes you think what kind of vile trash the religious people are since they're implying that without the threat of hellfire they'd go out killing raping and stealing.
1 is bad too but just irritating. There's also the simple 'why do atheists come on here' with the occasional bait - 'is it because they want to know about god?'

Any of these. You missed "Why do people choose to become homosexual?"
The most annoying ones though are when someone says "No offence, but aren't atheists lonely, angry people/ angry at god/ just searching for a reason to believe/ filled with hate/ have no morals/ no offence, I'm genuinely curious how you lead your pathetic, miserable lives", as if the phrase "no offence" entitles them to be as rude and patronizing as they like. (They're usually TERRIBLY indignant when this is pointed out, too.)

I maintain that the most asked question is "why are there atheists in this section?"
The most annoying for me is a tie between Pascal's wager (do NOT get me started!) and the ignorance of evolution by question #4.
Thanks for asking Aaron. I always enjoy your questions and your answers.

Yes and find it pitiful that they even care so much as to ask. I never even look or notice if I have them or not. How empty one's life must be huh? Kinda sad really I DO star if I find a question particulary UNIQUE or interesting...but I never have once asked for one myself or even notice if I get them or not. I don't even LOOK.
