Romantic "love" is a evolutionary based bio-chemical reaction - having very little do with logic as we think of it
Therefore yes, it can blind the real truth - and it explains why women get so turned on by rotten men who continue to cheat on them - seed spreaders increasing the genetic survival odds for the female
Correspondingly evolution explains why a chicks looks can make a man thing he's (for the moment at least) "in love" with a woman -.e.g. slender, long legs, small waist, pretty face - quite predictable and representing the alpha males in the pre-historic tribe's primary selection each season for newly available and fertile younger women

It most certainly can. When we love something so much it hard to find a defect,a flaw,to even "conceive" the ideal,is sometimes tainted by the emotions of our hearts. On the flip side of that "the truth", nothing, and I mean nothing can break it,so for now you may be blinded to the love but in the end, truth will come floating right to the top and you will have no other choice but to deal with it directly. Remember the truth is just that "The Truth",no matter what other emotions are involved. With or without love.

Absolutely. It's not just that love blinds us to what's really there, it's that love chooses to accept the unacceptable. Everyone has faults and flaws, but there are some that are No No's. For example: substance abuse, gambling problems, unreasonably bad anger management, etc. Love, makes excuses for bad character. That's why you have to love with head as well as your heart. It makes for a good balance in perception; helps you ignore the little flaws and keeps you aware of those unacceptable ones.

love is not blind,i think love is a level of each person,s life that makes them to be a better person.if you really love a person you will accept everything good or bad about them.
but if your love isnt a trueone.for instance,a game that you are palying with another person to prove sth to others, you are just thinking of finish line regardless others feelings or sth else,
so when you cross the finish line, the game has been over!and you are ready to look at matters around you in a logical way.

sometimes, yes.
for instance, if you see a really fat person who is nice and sweet and smart and basically a wonderful person, but she's fat, and if you fall in love with her, then her -ahem- physical stuff seems to melt away, and although everyone else can say "but she's FAT!!", you still love her. that's normal and natural. and you might say that it's blinding the real truth. this example was the theme of a movie starring jack black- i can't remember the title. anyway, it was a great movie.
hope i helped!

When you are in love, you are in another world where everything seems beautiful, nice, easy and you wont see the ugly sides of the person whom you love.. It is mainly because of the hormones. When you have cool down and your head clear off then real truth surface.

I believe yes, because if the truth would be painful, then people tend to find any excuses to cover it up or smooth it over, so they can avoid the pain associated with it and possibly losing the person they love.

Love is truth. Love is the essence of everthing that exist, it's the reason you breath and the reason you are probably asking this question. Love is truth in action.

You may see the bad traits, but you either make excuses or down play them in your mind to make it seem OK, or not as bad. I'm not sure if it's love that does it or the fear of being alone in this world though.
