Yes. Sony LCD KLV-27HR3 model. I have had it about 2 years, and was wondering if it would be HD ready ? If anyone could help me i would be grateful.

If it's HD more than likely it will say it on the front panel of the tv, or on the front page of your product manual. Also look on the back of the TV and see if you have an HDMI jack, that will tell you also.

oh you didn't get thet old Sony LCD KLV-27HR3 model did you? no for HD you need the Sony LCD KLV-27HR4 its ok just smash it into little bits and read a book or go out side! I've already got 2 very good HD devices that are fully portible! My Eyes!

Sorry, but after checking http://hdready.org the answer is no!
HD ready is generally a tv that is capable of displaying a screen resolution of at least 1280 * 720 whilst outputting signals at 720p and 1080i. (also has HDMI input)
HD compatible is not the same as HD ready beware!
anyone interested in hd TVs, who are not sure what to look for, visit http://avforums.com there are a lot of very knowledgeable people in there who know there stuff.

if you have no paperwork look for a small HD plug connection on the back.
