For example, I just got an e-mail from Epson making some special offers. All I see is grey space where the picture is supposed be. What do I do?

Either your pc security or ISP (or the sender's) is blocking the pics. In the Epson case, it's not at their end!

Some ISP's block pics based on size. Often 10 MB is the biggest message or attachment they will allow. Ask your ISP if they are blocking.

Some anti-virus systems can be set to block pics in email because they sometimes contain viruses. Check your security options for email and see if pics in HTML are blocked.

WinXP internet security can also be set to block pics. Check you Internet Security options. (I got the Epson note too. My security is set to ask me if it is ok to display the pics in the note. I just click OK.

Sorry, you will have to go looking for the option that is affecting you.
