I have no money to join a club, or buy any kind of workout machine. So what would be the best form of workout to burn fat and calories with just myself.?

For about $5 you can get a jump rope. This is a great form of fat-burning exercise. On average it burns about 100-120 calories in just 10 minutes. There are a lot of different foot patterns you can do too to mix it up. Jumping rope won't only get your heart pumping, but you'll also be working your arms, abs and legs!

If you do intervals’ on the treadmill it will take the fat off. This means walking for about 5 minutes to warm up. Then run as fast as you can for 1 minute then slow down to a walk for 1 minute. Then go all out again for 1 minute. Then walk for a minute. You can do this for about 30 minutes. Then cool down for about 5 minutes. It is best to use a heart rate monitor to make sure you are not pushing yourself too hard. You can also do this type of workout on most any type of cardio equipment.

Running is by far the best calorie burner. Better than machines or anything else.

The only workout that's better to my knowledge is cross-country skiing, and that difficult to do regularly in most areas.

Running burns the most calories... but cycling is less agressive on your body parts as is swimming in the beach.

I do cycling but it is only effective if you push yourself. It is easy to slack off on a bike which can burn energy slowly.

Jogging, push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, and crunches.

Cut out all the flour, sugar, and fried foods out of your daily diet.
