Open Internet explorer, click help, click about Internet explorer, you will get all info you want.

Go to the top of your screen where the Menus are i.e. Files, Links etc. Find the "Help" menu. Once there click on "About Internet Explorer" Its at the bottom of my help list. If you are using the new IE 7 its sometimes hard to find those menus if you aren't used to it. On my computer they are in the bar that shows icons for "Home" which is a house (of course hehe!) "Print" etc. but my Help menu doesn't show. Go all the way to the end of the bar and click on the arrows. That brings up the Help menu. Then you click on the little black arrow next to the word Help to drop the menu you are looking for. Then again, if you have to do that, I guess you know your using version 7 right? LOL! OPen internet explorer, select help button from the task bar, from the menu select about internet explorer.

On the panel up there pull down help, go to about program you will get your version history
