Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. The site even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.

http://www.reviewplace.com/cat-135-DietsWeightLoss--Top-10-Weight-Loss-Programs.html

Many of the programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think of the different products and programs.

Hope this helps!

AHHH why is everubody alwys looking for some miracle cure. You want a miracle weight loss then try coccaine, lots of it. Also, try a tape worm or other parasites that wi help you eat your food.

Yes thats the nasty way of doing things. Ad that is exactly what you want to avoid. There are many reason why a person may be overweight. A person could have a tyroid problem, diabetes or it could be hereditary. Some people are more prone to be overweight than others. That is just the way it is and is perfectly ok. Now other people are overweight because they do the wrong things. They eat too much junk and don't do enough physical activity.

Let me ask you this. If there was one single remedy that would make people in shape overnight like those fad diet programs claim then how come they go out of style fast. If they are so god as they claim then, the one that works would become ultra bilionairs. However, this hasn't happened as of yet so, what does that tells you?

Belive in science. Many studies have been made about this subject. All have come to the same conclusion. If you want t maintain a healthy weigh then you must have a blance diet and do exercise. Thats it. Thats the secret. No mystery concoction, no standing on your head or anything. Simple diet and excercse. So hee are a few tips.

1) Stay away from fast food places.
2) Bake instead of fry.
3) Don't drink too many sugar drinks, soda, juices.
4) eat more vegetable.
5) Stay away from those darn ships and cookies. The easiest way to do this is just not buy them. If yu don't have them in your house then its harder to eat them. It takes a lot more effor to go to the store at 10:00pm at night than to go to the pantry.
6) Do not stop eating. Eat 2 to 3 meanls a day and have your snacks. Whe you stop eating your metabolism will slow down. This is because your body will thik you are starving so it will go into reserve food mode. You want to keep your body in burn calory mode if thismakes any sense. this is done by eating. When there is an abundant of food thenyour body survival mode is more leneant.
7) You don't need second servings or desrts with every meal. Imean, is ok to threat yourself. You don't want to starve or not enjoy life. However, you don't need to enjoy it every single second of your life. So, use portion control. This means eat to satisify. Not because you have to finnish al the food in a plate.

Ok, on exercise. Anything you do is good. Walking running swiming, playing games outside, hiking. What ever really. he idea is always to be moving. Well, if you want to improve cardio the you have to maintain a certai heart rate but thats another topic. Look at a little kid like a 2 to 3 year old. What do they do all day? The move around. They climb they run they play. They usually are in good shape. So, choose something that is you find fun. This is important. The activity you choose to do must be enjoyable to you. If it isn't you will fail. Once you find what it is then you won't mind doing it.

Good luck to you.

Ok forget the supplements. They wont work.

High intensity interval training will shed kilos like nothing else.
Sprint for 20 seconds. rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 8 times.
3 minutes and 50 seconds later will seem like the worst time of your life. But it works.

Also stop looking for the 'Best' or 'latest', consistency is what actually gets results.

This is the best fat loss eating plan. Period.

Follow my diet below and you'll lose 20 lbs a month.

The first things you want to eliminate from what you eat are: sugar, fried foods, and white flour. You want to eat as natural and unprocessed food as possible.

Sugar, anything with it is bad. From Coco-Crispies cereal, nearly all sodas, to a small bag a M&M's. All turn into body fat fairly quickly.

Fried foods. Chips, french fries, etc. All have very high levels of calories and fats. Cut out mayonaisse and butter while you're at it.

White flour. White breads, spahgetti, Ramen noodles, most cereals, tortillas (corn & flour).

You're going to want to eat 5-7 small meals/snacks in a day. That may seem like a lot of eating, but look at it this way. Say your lost in the woods and you need to make a fire that will last all night. Will the fire last longer throwing all the wood you've collected into the fire once or twice during the night, or if you toss a couple of logs in once every 45 minutes-hour?

Your body is pretty similar. You need to feed it a little bit every 2-3 hours to keep it burning fat. The longer you go in between meals, the more likely your body is going to store what you eat as fat. This is because your body doesn't realize that there is food everywhere in the world we live in. It still thinks your a cave-man. And cave-men didn't get to eat very often. Sometimes once every 3-5 days...starving. So our body is designed to store what we eat as fat, because fat has the most energy (calories) per pound. So, if you sleep all night, then skip breakfast and don't eat until lunch at say 11:30am...you probably haven't ate anything in 12+ hours. So, your body thinks your starving, that there is no food to eat. Then you eat a nice, greasy, calorie-loaded slice of pizza. Your body will then store most of it as fat because it thinks there is a food shortage.

Aim for 250-300 calories at each meal/snack.
Also try to eat 20-30 grams of protein at each meal. And of course, your going to want to keep even healthy carbs to a minimum (less than 80 grams a day).

The healthiest carbs are:
Yams
Oatmeal (no sugar)
Sweet Potatoes
Brown Rice

OK carbs are:
Whole-grain bread/buns/tortillas (whole-grain should be the first name on the ingredients list)
Fruits

Aside from the carbs listed above, your meals should consist of:
Chicken breast
Turkey breast
Tuna
Salmon
Egg whites
Almonds
Low-fat cheese (cottage, string cheese)
Lots of vegtables
Lots of water

You need to drink 1 gallon (128oz)minimum per day. Water is what carries the toxins and fat you burn off out of your body through your urine. It also helps keep you feeling full and does wonders for your skin. If your urine isn't clear like water, drink more.

Also, take a multi-vitamin (like Centrum).

But remember, losing weight is 90% about what you eat, not how much you exercise.

Bodybuilders and fitness models basically eat this way. Not only is it low calorie, low carb, high in protein and natural...it controls your blood/sugar levels and how your body uses the food based on the glycemic index.

PS+ take a thermogenic fat burner also (hyrdroxycut, xenedrine, etc). Just remember to drink more water.

And have 1 cheat meal a week. Gorge yourself on a couple monster burgers, pizza, or french fries...it doesn't matter. It will taste better than it EVER has and also give your mind and body a break.
