so exite, if have someone i love and say love with me, but if have someone i don't love but he say love with me so hard to explain to him

I have been in that situation before, the best thing to do is to talk to him ,and tell him how you really feel don't be mean but don't sugar coat it either. Tell him "you are a wonderful person but i just don't love you "there! If he gets sad or angry don't say anything just walk away but if he is reasonable and understands you can at least be friends

If you don't love him, tell him "I like you so much, you're
such a great friend". That will definitely shut him down.
When guys hear the word "friend", they know it's time
to move on.
