everyone always wonders this question like there is some imaculate cure....but dude....you have to talk to her about it...obviously you have sex so why should it be embarrising to talk to her abotu it....ask her if she liked it, and talk to her about the things you both can do or not do to make it better.....thats the only way around it

i think what you both missing is communication between the two of you why not ask her what she felt after love----
why not ask her what she prefer or what shes comfortable of
your a couple you must know each desire
maybe she need more foreplay or a good conversation first to put her in a romantic mood
maybe she want an aggresive approach brusco type
or a passive approach maybe shes a dominant
maybe she wants a little bit of tying and whipping
maybe your timing is wrong when shes closing on a detonation
maybe your already snorring and already out of action
