Not really. If it seems he's going out of his way to say hi then he probably just wants to say hi to you. Maybe he likes you, maybe he ust wants to be your friend.

it depends.............if a guy does that he likes you or at least most guys like you. If he's a player than he's a player, and making you think he likes you. He also could have been trying to be friendly. It all depends, if you invite him to go somewhere together, than he likes you!!! Wow, i just relized this guy that lives 2 houses down the road from me likes me. HaHa!!!! Invite him to your house or something, than he can go have dinner with you, than go to a movie with you or something.
