My buddie has a Sony Vio with Windows Media and I was wondering if I can put it on my computer?

I have a hpa735w That does not have a TV tuner or Windows Media Player. My friend has the Sony Vio and tv tuner and remote and said he would give it to me. I was wondering if it would work on my computer, or if I could download something from the internet like windows media player to make it work or if i could just put the tv tuner in the back of my computer, and make it work

However, I think that the simplest solution to your problem would be to just download Media Player -- it should work.
