if you absolutely must lend him the money make him sign a contract/payment agreement and make sure you see/get a photocopy of his driving license/other forms of ID -(make sure you photocopy/record details as it is his identification and thus could easily fake it) - do you know where he lives? - make sure you know where he lives.

remember if you have never met any of his friends - your most likely not his "girlfriend" - additionally do you know his mobile number/licence plate number - much easier to identify him.

get proof that you have lent him the money (audio recording device?)

take no chances this is too quick and too suspicious

PLEASE do not lend him money. People get cheated out of money all the time this way. Odds are heavily stacked against you. 999,999 times out of 1,000,000 this will be a con man.

But, here are some suggestions to go about this the RIGHT way if you ever want to.

#1, get a background check done. Not very romantic, I know, but nevertheless useful when someone asks for money so fast. Most of the time, people who take this tactic have a history of doing it. He may have already gotten in trouble for it.

#2, ask to see proof that he really is in debt. I'm sure you can figure out a subtle way of doing this so as not to offend him too deeply. Still, be wary, because a person could legitimately be in debt and still scam you.

#3, refuse, and see what happens. Honestly, if you two have some kind of magic, he won't hold it against you. And if he's the kind of guy who's going to leave you because you won't lend him 13K, then he's not worth your affection anyway.

#4, lie (or be honest) and say you don't have the money. See what happens, as above.

ok ok ok. do no longer make a similar mistake my buddy did. do no longer make him come and notice you simply by fact it relatively is a rip-off such as you suggested. have self belief me my buddy knew this guy for approximately 2 years and then she found out he replaced into married with 5 little ones and left them at abode, so he can stumble on a extra desirable pastime in the U.S. i think of you're able to do extra desirable than a guy who you met on a Christian internet site simply by fact it relatively is the place they bypass to get women human beings's money. Please do no longer confer with this like as a lover simply by fact he will rip-off you alive. of direction he's conversing all superb on the telephone and calls you primary simply by fact he would not choose for you do think of that he's a bad guy. Please there is a lot of fellows which you already know on your city and shop on with those you already know, no longer from some internet site plus Nigerian who needs to confirm you in few weeks. Be very careful and despite in case you meet with him take somebody with you. If he solutions all your questions with stress meaning he's hiding some thing from you and if he's answering you staggering away meaning he's waiting in the previous he meets with you. basically BE VERY careful accessible.

You only met the guy twice.
HELLO
NO WAY do you give him money, no way.
If she filed bankrupcy, her debt was erased, not given to him.
If you have to ask this question, you know the answer is you don't give him money already.
PLEASE don't be dumb, you don't really know this guy at all.
You give him any money, I GUARANTEE you will never hear from him again.
