hi..i got the shock of my life when my friend told me that my aunt signed me up to join as one of the contestants in my town's pageant... the pageant will be on the first week of march.... my waist is 29 and my hips is 34... i really need to loose weight... help...!!!! i can't back out now.... itz final....!!!!

You could do a high protein low carb diet. I'm not talking about atkins though. You want low fat meats, cheese, milk and yogurt. Eat five or six small meals per day. Examples of a meal would be an apple and 2 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter, egg beater omelet with fruit on the side, grilled fish and a salad.

The Best Way I discovered to reduce weight and stay fit is (I am 20):



I became vegetarian 5 years back.

I dnt eat rice, potato and bread.

I dnt have snacks in between meals.

I eat Pizzas, Noodles, Pani puri, Paneer etc. on occasions only.

I avoid sugar in any form…if I get a craving have a fruit.

I have a glass of Luke warm with Lemon before or after 30 min of ur meal.

D'nt have aireated drinks... have juices.

Walk up short distances and keep breathing and pulling ur stomach in everytime you are free.

D’nt Diet…..yes D’nt Diet bcz after that period you will eat more and gain double of the kgs you lost.

Eat when u feel like but breakfast and Lunch is a must … on time.

“Eat to Live… D’nt Live to Eat”

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

eat healthy, avoid soda, caffine, salt, sugars, red meat (which you should do anyhow).
drink plenty of water.
exercise, at least 30 min of cardio daily and yoga or pilates.
