The stopped clock is correct twice a day. The delaying watch is correct once in a blue moon.

Time and tide wait for no man, therefore no clock can delay time. A stopped clock is right two times a day so I vote for the stopped watch.

One that has stopped all the way, so you can put a new battery in it....A slow clock can make you late.....
