You lose fat from all over your body, Gangsta. So, reduce your calories, and increase your exercise. You will slowly lose fat from all over, including your belly. Good luck, Gangsta.

Conwayism is a complete idiot. All situps will do is give you strong muscles underneath the fat.

DS is much much stupider, however, and probably has no idea what having a good stomach is. She's probably a housewife with a spare tire. Painting the house, give me a frickin break.

Crunches are for the purpose of building muscles mainly in the upper abdomen. However, they are the key to six-pack abs if you have little belly fat.

To reduce belly fat, good excersises are running/jogging, jumping rope, and jumping jacks. These are cardiovascular/aerobic exercises. Other cardiovascular/aerobic exercises are swimming, hiking, and step-climbing. Do these and you'll have no belly fat in no time.

Big causes of belly fat are bad posture/slouching because one of the biggest jobs of the abdomen is to hold the body up. Stress is another big factor because when the body is stressed, your body makes a high-calorie chemical and sends it through your blodstream, adding fat to unwanted areas.

You also should be on a low calorie diet, but not on one less than 1500 calories a day, because muscles are the first food for the body if it does not have enough energy (calories). This is because muscles are protein and protein is the best food for your body. The diet should consist of fruits and vegetables and you should remove all junk foods such as pizza, french fries, chips, pretzels, burgers, Pop-Tarts, and so on. NEVER GO TO MCDONALDS...their food is extremely high in calories; three of their shakes have over 1100 calories!!! For more info on McDonalds nutrional info go to http://www.mcdonalds.com/app_controller.nutrition.index1.html

If you want to get a six-pack and have little belly fat, you should buy a Cross Crunch for 30 dollars. To do this go to http://crosscrunch.com.

I hope this helped you!!!

crunchies!
A bit like sit ups but you must not lie down flat between each pull up, it's bad for your back, you only go down half way. They are faster and more effective. You should also pull your stomach muscles in when you do these excercises otherwise your stomach muscles will form a ball (pot belly) rather than go flat.
You've gotta do a lot of them but they work!

(1) DONT DIET
(2) Stop drinking caffine - coffee, sodas, teas
(3) Drink WHOLE milk - reduced fat and skim milk makes you gain weight - why? - your body needs the milk fat found only in whole milk in order to process a complex set of vitamins and minerals that regulate your blood sugar levels and help promote muscle and bone growth and prevent fat buildup in the body
(4) Eat natural
(5) Eat like a horse - your matabolism only ramps up if you eat a TON of food - if you eat less, your body goes into starvation mode and permanently stores fat on your body
(6) Vitamins C, D, K, B complex, zinc, magnesium, iron, calcium

Yoga is good. Also my waist trimmed down in a week when I decorated the house. I was painting ceilings, you need to stretch slightly, when doing the painting, use alternative hands so you stretch each side.

I'd say cut down on fatty foods, and do excersise's that will tone your tummy like the plank, sit ups, V sits and press ups.
