I demand you leave this job now! Stuck up snobs.
Maybe, come to think of it, it's because your probably doing so well in that managers firm, the manager won't let you spend ne time of because your his best worker. (your da bomb!)

Some people seem to be getting away with it, this may continue to happen. Believe me that the boss has his/her eye on them, it won't happen for too much longer. Employers don't usually put up with that kind of behavior for long.

Your employer already knows who the abusers of the sick leave are they keep records of sick leave use. Since you don't abuse it you have nothing to worry about. Don't let it make you feel guilty when your are sick and need the time off. I'm sure it isnt' you that they are really worried about, they do have to give their little canned speach to every one who calls in so that they are being fair with every one.

I wouldn't suggest that you ever have any one call in for you unless, your in a coma or have been in an accident and are in surgery you can not speak for your self. The boss will wonder why you didn't call in your self, they frown on that big time.

However after you call in why not turn the ringer off on your phone so you can rest. If your phone doesn't have a switch to turn down/off the ringer then unplug the phone. People don't need to be calling you when your sick, you are not required to keep your phone on so that they can disturb you or even check up on you.

Once you have called in the proper way that should be the end of it. I'm sure that they question you as to are you sure that you need to stay home, lines such as these. They probably are doing that to every one in an effort to try to make people feel bad and not to call in.

Don't worry about it as you sound like a good employee who cares. Take care of your self.

If you take good care of yourself it will be seldom that you get sick, but never the less once in a blue moon u will get sick.

It is not necessary that u look sick, because internal problems many not seem to other a illness i.e. having stomach problems.

if u r sick and do not want to answer phone it is better to have some one else call your office to tell them u r sick, he or she replies for u the phone and tell him that the dr. have given u a sleeping pill and u r slepping. that work with me.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself. How can anyone make you feel bad. If I am sick and I call in sick I really don't care what happens. If people tend to call you, when you call in the morning explain that you will be unplugging your phone for the rest of the day so that you can rest. simple. I can't believe you are feeling sorry for yourself about people actually calling to check you are OK.

You only feel bad because you have morals. Those people that are off sick all the time dont feel bad as they dont have a conciounce.

Yes, it is unfair - there is no justice in this world! Still good karma and all that.
