In Damascus, you cannot if you go to the local restaurants and diners. It would have to be at a 5 star hotel. In Amman, there's one restaurant "Kashmir" on the third circle. I have no idea about Tel Aviv and Cairo. In Damascus and Amman, there is food with meat products, falafel sandwiches, Haloumi (cheese) sandwiches etc.. you could find vegetarian meals.

I can guide you to Amman Indian restaurants as ME said Kashmir restaurant is a good choice there's another new Indian restaurant in front of SAFE WAY super market Shemisani main gate. I forgot the name but you can reach there easily if you reach Safe Way Shemisani. I suppose it's an Hyderabadi restaurant.
