Microsoft Updates. Suddenly Receiving Office 2003 Updates Instead of XP. How Do I Change Back?

Machine has suddenly started receiving Office 2003 updates, which it is not accepting, and the XP updates have stopped.
How do I revert to getting XP updates?
I have Windows Live OneCare installed.
Could this be part of the problem?

goto the microsoft update page and choose custom instead of express then you can change how and what you can update

it is on the settings, it thinks you have microsoft office 2003, but you may have not got it but the registry may still be there, or you have but it isn't installed properly,
regarding xp, just go on to the settings on th update page, and just choose the settings which suits you
