And on what frequencies is the most power being used? And in Your opinion do You think that mircowave broadcasts are being absorbed by water there by changing the chararistics of rainfall?

This is a good question. one best asked of radio stations. There is a lot on the web and they even give out their power.

best start with the world band radio freqs. thoses will be the big boys but today a lot is done via repeater stations too.
