Keep watch. When she goes to some grass or dirt to do her business, stand between her and the car and try to grab her on her way back. It might work better with two people.
Be prepared to be scratched and bitten!
That is how we caught my cat, Peter Johnson, he was born outside, and was wild as can be! He wouldn't go for bribes, either. He is now a very spoiled house-cat :-))

Put something good to eat that's REALLY smelly - like canned tuna or moist cat food - in the area where you think she is, and then LEAVE. Let her come out on her own. If you need to, get a humane trap from your local animal control office, and trap the kitten so that she can't go back into the car once she comes out. You'll simply put the "bait" in the trap; once she goes it, it will trip the trap, and she'll be caged, at which point you can move her, turn her over to animal control, or keep her, whichever you choose.

Oh yes she will go for bribes if she's hungry---and after 2 days, she IS. Open a can of tuna or Pink Salmon and set it a little distance from the car. She Will come out of there to get it--guaranteed!

Does your car have a Hollow or concave bumper? Long back my cat, when a kitten, also went and parked herself in the curved hollow portion of the car rear bumper. I got a good mechnic who had two jacks and jacked up the entire rear portion of the car high enough to be able to get under it and then supported it ther with bricks to avoid the car collapsing on top of me. Then, got under the car and was able to see the kitten and lift her out. Maybe you could borrow a jack from your neighbour and do the same putting one jack under right wheel and another under left wheel...if it works, please to let me know. :-)

put some very stinky sardines out... if she does not come out, she might truly be stuck, call the fire dept or a mechanic to help kitty out.
Or, try jacking up the car with the tire jack so you can reach her.
