do you mean if you cut or shave off your cats hair will it grow back?? of course it will
my question to you is this...are YOU planningto cut its hair off your self? PLEASE dont cats have VERY thin very easay to cut or tear skin& even using electric shavers is very risky. Their skin can & will tear very easily & then you will need to go to the vet

You wanna give us more details on this? Don't really have enough to go on.
In the event you are talking about a cat who's coat is all matted--get her/him to a good groomer. They will do a nice job by usually shaving your cat (NO, the cat will NOT be bald), and the hair grows back quite nicely, and fast. I have a very long-haired, pure white Turkish Angora cat myself, and we have to go to the groomer twice a year. My cat absolutely LOVES getting all of this hair off of him.

Yes; if you must cut something out of your cat's fur, it will grow back fairly quickly.

When my cat was spayed her hair was shaved on her stomach. It grew back. She has about 2 in long hair now, her hair that was shave it about 1 inches. It's been about 6 months since her hair was shaved. So, yes the hair grows back, but it takes a while.

Yes, it will grow back. I had an elderly long-hair cat that had to be clippered twice a year for hygeine reasons. It grows back just like any other hair, just be very careful....

very long hair is nice but requires servicing and u have to grow this out for a long time

Of coz it does!! One of my girlfriends, i call her "pizza" shave her persian often wid a professionalshaver...it grows back like our hair,maybe even faster

yes it will. i did cut my cats hair. but it did grow back. arrrrg!!! i hate it when they grow back! =P just kidding!!!
dont worry they'll grow back, it just takes time.
