I have had Rottweilers for years. I use a good oatmeal shampoo and the skin is calmed and hair looks beautiful and shiney. If they are just flakey this will work but if you see redness see your vet for a diagnosis first.

rub them down in olive oil or canola oil, safe for animals to lick off of their fur.
