Hi how will this substance help me with my fitness? For background, I lift weights and do cardio. Also, is CLA derived from bovine? Thank you.

CLA is involved in the arachidonic acid thing witch is an anti oxydative mechanism.
It also has some good effects in the inflammatory process during recovery (from a very very bad wound or some poly traumatic car accidents)
It helps your immunity process to improve
Usually found in fish oil (mackerels, salmon, sardines) but I don't know for bovine, (must be written on the box)
Good for health to my opinion (there are LOTS of CLA in enteral feeding for patients in reanimation services)
Have a good day

It decreases the storage of fat and appears to increase muscle slightly. Supplements are usually made by chemically altering safflower oil but CLA is found in various ruminants milk and meat including bovines. Other benefits are its anti carcinogenic properties.

CLA is found in butter and food from ruminants.

I have started it a couple of weeks ago and I think it works. It makes easier to lose fat provided you are already drinking 1/2 gallon of water, eating 3 servings of fat free dairy (or soy milk supplemented with calcium which also helps losing fat) and either supplementing your diet with omega3s or eating enough of them (like 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil a day OR 1 oz walnuts a day OR 4 servings of oil fish a week OR any combination of them).
