i am having doubts about a guy i have just started seeing coz he doesnt seem to be very clever. Is this really mean and snobbish or does anyone else feel the same sometimes

He is really sweet and seems to adore me. I do like him but not too sure if its just coz i not been in a relationship for a while that im worrying too much

Reckon everyone does from time to time! Everyone's different and has different experiences and knowledge to use. Focus on the other qualities he has that other, more clever guys, might not have (humility, kindness, cooking, *other* ;-)) etc.

If you are having doubts and feeling that this isnt right, I would suggest you back of and either slow things down or end them now. The longer this goes on the deeper either or both parties will get hurt. If you feel he is not right for you spare him and you the pain. I wouldnt say you were mean or snobish, you just know what you want!

it's not mean - how do you expect to hold any kind of a conversation with someone with lower intelligence than yourself? it's a cruel fact and probably a big contributing factor to why more women in their 30's are single - men aren't clever enough!

No it isn't mean, nor is it snobbish, it is your intuition telling you that this is not the right one for you. Better to break it off now than lead him on.

no, it's not mean. I was seeing a guy who would always say how smart I was even when it was just common sense and finally I realized that he thought I was so smart because he was so dumb.
