What is it that Atheists do that offends you?

I get frustrated at the fact that most athiests claim that I/we don't understand things, like science. That we are so lazy that we just throw our arms up in the air and claim a diety created us. There are more informed christians out there than an athiest would like to claim.
I also get frustrated at the fact that most athiests will call us puppets when all I hear is the same comments over and over from them. Do you guys have a church that YOU go to? A bible? Cuz, I'm tellin' ya', I hear the same phrases over and over again by different people.

Square one I'm not christian.

Having said this I see the problem being a 2 way street.

Atheists: Regardless of how much science you put in place there is a pattern in the unexplained tidbits in life. This pattern cannot be explained be cause it passes beyond logic and words. The more you explain it the foggier the subject gets.

Christians: Get over the science issue. Science is a set of patterns and repetitions that can be explained. Easily repeatable "experiments" that prove A + B = C. Deal with it. I'm not saying Evolution is right. IT IS JUST A THEORY. but you have to admit, like the other founded sciences, it shows an evident pattern. and seeing it can be partially proven with a number of other sciences, which you have no problem accepting, the evidence becomes overwhelming.

Everyone: It's time to stop debating who is right or wrong. Maybe we should take the better parts of each and move to the next level. We are wasting precious time and energy trying to be right instead of doing something to further the issues at hand.

Hmmm... Not much really, though I would rather they be agnostic, for they are honest in this particular matter, in all others though all are equal in honesty according to their sincere efforts.

Having been atheist, agnostic, and theist throught my life, I was in the most confused state of mind as an atheist, and see others do the same. I simple wish them to know there is an eternity, or else how can one prove there is temporallity, since one without the other is circular logic. Besides that, good is only truly possible, without anihilation of it, if there is eternity, and perpetual progress in some sense.

God bless, or if you can't believe in God, may your human relationships be guiding and peacable.

Jim, you're wrong. Hardly anyone (in fact no one that I am aware of) has ever been killed in the "name of atheism." Atheism is not an ideology. The people you're referring to were killed in the name of a political ideology that has nothing to do with atheism.

Stop with the historical revisionism. Learn some history instead!

Negative? Rejecting God has negative consequences. That's just a plain old fact.

Offended? I'm not offended by them. A little sad for them, I guess.. but not offended.

There is no redemption or sanctification in Atheism. Redemption is only through Christ. It doesn't matter how good you compare to other people, you still need atonement. And Atheists don't "offend" me. I would like for them to be saved, but if they want to dig their own grave I will. Let the dead bury their own dead.

Pride,Anger and Denial appear to be the negative traits of Atheists, and I had the same negativity when I was an Atheist,so I cannot judge the person but only the negativity.

They do not offend me my friend.

I feel sorry for them, because they have been blinded to the Truth that would set them free.

I cannot imagine living my life without my Jesus, my Saviour, my Lord.

I respect them as people. I hope, wish and pray, they would come to the realization of there being a holy, supreme, loving, forgiving God. There is another life to come and receiving that everlasting glorified\ed life is attainable only one way. I wish that no one perish and go to eternal damnation and as such, I wish they would come to Christ. We have so much to be thankful for, so much wrong to be repented of and forgiven, so much to look foreword to. I wish they would come to a saving faith.

I may not agree with atheism but I have respect for their decisions and their choices. Who am I to judge? May our faiths lead us to where we need to be. God Bless xxx
