"Christian" was flagged by Pliny the Younger's spell checker when he was first to use the term around 112AD.
Like all great ideas, the world is slow to react. The word "dugong" will not pass spell check despite the plight of these poor creatures who are frequently injured by propellers. The spell check suggests the word "dong". Ouch.

Pastafarians, hmmm. I wouldn't start a letter writing campaign just yet. That would just open the door for Noodleonians, Spaghettitians, and that splinter group the Rigatonlites to steal your thunder.
