i really want a kid of my own. coz i'm still young.I'm just afraid that my baby will be inheriting the dad's disease.
Any advise or alternatives to be pregnant so that i can have a healthy child?

My husband and his ex-wife had a question about their baby inheriting schizophrenia. They went to a pediatrician and he said the chances were very small, not impossible, but small. I'm happy to say we have a very healthy 14 year old stepson. What can you do? In the end it may help to know the odds but it doesn't really stop you from wanting or having a child.
My concern for you would be that your husband's condition is so weak that he wouldn't be able to help you with raising a child and might feel helpless as a parent. If you're that worried about your child inheriting his disease you could try an anonymous sperm donor, but keep in mind they have a whole genetic history as well.
It's best to talk to your husband, if he agrees then use his sperm and have a good support system worked out for yourself. Good luck to you.

There are so many things that could happen to a baby inherited or not, u could have something that u r not even aware of,
dont sweat that sort of stuff.
CAH(congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia) runs in my family and my mum had a twin who died at 6 weeks because of a fatal heart condition.
If eveyone worried about that sort of stuff none of us would b having kids.
If you are concerned speak to your GP about it, he will b able to explain things for u.
GOOD LUCK IN BECOMING A MUM ITS THE MOST AMAZING THING U WILL EVER DO

how about having kind of like test-tube babies where the sperm is from your husband but the sperm goes into your womb? - it is not in vitro-fertilisation.

ps: get the term right from the doctor and do some research first.

ask the doctor to select the best and healthy sperm from your husband where possible.

no matter what the outcome, you and your husband have to prepare mentally and physically.

ps: you must emphasize that your husband sperm must go into your womb.
