I believe the majority of inhabitants in London are foreigners, that come to UK to make some money and then after 1 or 2 years they leave UK to go back to their countries. That is why the majority of Londoners don't speak English with a British accent.
If you want to see proper British inhabitants, you must leave London.

Do you mean "speaking" english? Back to school for you me thinks.
London is like other great cities (New York springs to mind) It belongs to the world rather than the country it is situated in.

Thank god for London. Without it, why bother to go to England?
To go to a bar in Manchester and have my butt kicked because I don't "look" or "speak" British enough is not my idea of "quality time". Upps sorry, I meant to go to a bar at 5:00pm and have my butt kicked, Cu's they close at 9:00!!!!!!

Everybody was 'talking' what....?
Apparently 'it was for nothing' indeed, since you still can't speak English properly...

It is just as bad in Bristol, but why do they have to shout at each other, can't they just talk, instead of jabbering away at the top of their voices, bloody annoying!
