i had a similar problem and downloaded this free list of hints and tips, my time management has improved.
Wherever you want to achieve something significant, draw up an Action Plan. This helps you think about what you need to do to achieve that thing, so that you can get help where you need it and monitor your progress.

To draw up an Action Plan, simply list the tasks that you need to carry out to achieve your goal, in the order that you need to complete them. This is very simple, but is still very useful!

Keep the Action Plan by you as you carry out the work and update it as you go along with any additional activities that come up.

These are all good suggestions but I would add that there are a couple of clues in the phrasing of your question:

You LABELLED yourself and JUDGED yourself in the first three words. I think you would find it of enormous help if you practiced thinking positively about yourself, as I suspect you might be quite unconsciously sabotaging your own efforts. Do you also find that you lack self-esteem or self-confidence? The first thing you must do is promise yourself you will never put yourself down ever again. NEVER say "I am horrible" or anything similar. You may think it's just a turn of phrase but your subconscious mind takes it to heart and believes it's true - that's why you need to reinforce a positive self-image with positive thoughts and beliefs about yourself. These are just as important to your emotional health as good food and exercise are to maintain a healthy body.

You can find help with this either through books at the library, hypnotherapy tapes or CDs, or counselling with a qualified therapist if you feel you need this. Hypnotherapy works - I've tried it myself and it was the only thing to shift a medical condition that had lasted 15 years.

Good luck.

I was too. But I started to make a schedule for everything and it made things better. I divide my hours everyday based on the amount of work I have and I put a safe hour for some specific jobs because sometimes you are not going to finish in time and you need a safe hour.
So get one of those day planners and start scheduling.

Set your watch, and clocks in your house or rooms about like one hour ahead or so..........that works for me. Now im always early where ever I go like about and hour or so.....If it requires to wake up early in the morning make sure to go to sleep early. You need to take in 7-8 hours of sleep. I take about 10-12. Anywayz, you'll be more relaxed....Study tips: Take your time, and make time if necessary. Ask questions even if you think there the stupidest questions in the world, ask them. Don't wait to do a project or homework at the last minute....it really suks. Im in college and DAMN ITS HARD.....try and get some tutoring or stay after class to talk to the teacher.
