Oh hell yeah, if there was such a thing as god, holding powers as he/she/it is supposed to possess, who wouldnt want to be god.
Its like everything else though, if you want to change things you have to act. If you want to change the goverment, you should run for office, so im putting my name in the hat to be elected god.
My platform you ask?
No more religion.

NO. Actually I like the not grow weary in well doing even though it does get tedious at times. And I do know what this is talking about. It's enough to know that I'm a small part of it and I need only do my little part while watching His greater purposes play out among the battles being fought in the kingdoms of men. Just the fact that He gives me much peace of mind, body and soul in these times of great turbulence and tumult is enough for me. Still, He gives me enough of those little miracles to know He is there and that He cares and is in control. Indeed, if He'd do something glorious unexpected then I'd have to tell everyone about it so I'm very happy just doing what I can in the here and now.

I think when I was 8-10 years old. Since becoming an adult I think about being president and recently probably a sentator. I think by the time I am in my 40's, the mayor would probably be enough power. Finally in my 50's I'll likely realize that being a father and grandfather is all the power a guy really needs to make a better world.

I think everyone would like to be god at some point - It seems that it would be sensible to get rid of the bad and reward the good and solve the worlds problems but there is a purpose for the way god is dealing with the world and it will come good eventually

I do get tired of losing every job because of satanic Oppression
Do not covet the throne of God! it is a sin. Only God can ordained sons of God to His throne. there is only a specific type of son of god tthat sit in His throne.

Answer to "the question".
I would not want to be God because... there are a lot of people who would like to give Him a Good Swift Kick.
As for the rest..."If you haven't got the backbone, leave."
Optimism may be an illusion, or delusion, but it sure makes everyhing...everything.
I pity you, and others who think like you. What makes you think there is only One God?

Yes, I do wish I were GOD at times. If I were GOD I would heal my daughter. I woudl heal all of those who are hurt through no fault of their own, the infants. I would come down hard on all religious leaders for using my name for anything but good.

I would never want to be god because it would be lonely and boring. you wouold never be challenged to be better cuz you're always the best, be surprised or even ponder a point cuz you know everything already, hell you wouldn't even be able to be bad.
