** Does the bible allow premarital sex? **
Yes, apparently it does and murder also .
The Bible 2 Samuel 11 : 2 -5
One evening David got up from his bed and walked around on the roof of the palace. From the roof he saw a woman bathing. The woman was very beautiful, and David sent someone to find out about her. The man said, "Isn't this Bathsheba, the daughter of Eliam and the wife of Uriah the Hittite?" Then David sent messengers
to get her. She came to him, and he slept with her.
(She had purified herself from her uncleanness.) Then she went back home. The woman conceived and sent word to David, saying, "I am pregnant."
The Bible 2 Samuel 11 : 14 -15
In the morning David wrote a letter to Joab and sent it with Uriah. In it he wrote, "Put Uriah in the front line where the fighting is fiercest. Then withdraw from him so he will be struck down and die."
This particular story tells of the birth of Solomon such as it is.
Have a pleasant day.

No, the Bible doesn't allow. The original teachings of Jesus also reflect that. Therefore, the culture of today (making premarital sex a no biggie) must come from outside Christian influences.

The Bible says that fornication is a sin - this means sex outside of marriage. This doesn't just mean sex with someone else once you're married, it means ANY sex whilst you are unmarried. Like some others have already said, you can repent of this. Basically, any sins we commit will be forgiven by God is we acknowledge them and are truly sorry for them and ask for God's forgiveness. However, this doesn't mean you can just keep sinning and doing what you want and just ask God to forgive you every time. Once you've asked for forgiveness the idea is that you try and live a life where you amke an effort to avaoid sin. Nobody can live a life without sin, we just aren't perfect and that's why God sent Jesus, because he took the punishment for all our sins so that if we ask for forgiveness we will be forgiven and can go to heaven.
A lot of people seem to think that as long as you don't have intercourse you're ok, but the Bible talks a lot about impure thoughts, and Song of Songs in particular talks a lot about this subject of sex. From what I've read I would interpret that God doesn't want us to engage in anything that is a 'lead up' to sex - fondling, petting, oral sex or any kind of activity which is a substitute for actual intercourse. I'd even go as far as to say that you should watch your kissing and make sure it doesn't get too heavy. I mean, think about it, you wouldn't kiss someone elses husband or wife like that, so if you're not married that person may yet be someone elses husband or wife in the future. One part of Song of Songs says about the womans 'sealed garden' ...after discussing it with friends and studying it I have come to the conclusion that this refers to the fact that a woman is 'sealed' and that only her husband shoud break the seal ie break the hymen the first time the have sex. Badically, sex is a gift from God to married couples. If you have sex before marriage there is nothing left to explore in each other once you're married. What an amazing wedding gift to receive-that your husband or wife has chosen not to do those things with anybody but you. Sex within marriage is safe. Taking marriage to mean forever as God intends it, then any pregnancy arising from sex means that you have the support of a spouse there and any children born have a safe solid family life to enter into. If you have sex outside of marriage there is always the chance that you won't stay with that person or you will end up regretting it or feeling used. In marriage, you don't feel this way cos marriage is supposed to be something you can't just give up on.

It is repeatedly condemned in Scripture along with all other forms of sexual immorality (Acts 15:20; Romans 1:29; 1 Corinthians 5:1; 6:13,18; 7:2; 10:8; 12:21; Galatians 5:19; Ephesians 5:3; Colossians 3:5; 1 Thessalonians 4:3; Jude 7). The Bible promotes abstinence before marriage. Fornication is the specific term given to sexual relations before marriage. Sex before marriage is just as wrong as adultery and other forms of sexual immorality, because they all involve having sex with someone you are not married to.

Only if the man rapes the woman. Iif he gets caught he has pay his dad since he can't sell her as a virgin anymore, and he has to marry her. Deuteronomy 22:28-29 New International Version (NIV)
28 If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, 29 he shall pay her father fifty shekels[a] of silver. He must marry the young woman, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives.

Technically it is forbidden in the old testament stated in various books... Deuteronomy was on one of them, which demanded that a woman that was found to have had any non-marital sex, was to be stoned to death by the towns people..... reasons for stoning Included Working on Sunday, Children who disobey their parents.
But many have mentioned that due to Christ's arrival, people now live by the grace of Jesus' sacrifice... My question is why are some Sin's pardonable by grace of jesus and some are still as condemned? Nobody bats an eyelash about premarital sex, but if a man or woman is gay, many zealots act as if the Armaggeddon has arrived... if one harmful rule is abolished by Christ's arrival, shouldnt it apply to all harmful rules?

No, the Bible does not allow for premarital sex. I wonder why do you limit premarital sex to just Americans when it goes on everywhere in the world.
