And if so,why? We all have the right to religion, why does it matter who I worship. I'm not pushing my beliefs on you. I respect everyone else's beliefs. When push comes to shove I know who will be victorious. Not the point.
I just don't understand why everyone else is so sure of a possibility that they put their lives before it. To me, my life is the most important thing. I may be wrong...can anyone else admit this?

how do you define evil? The meaning cannot be separated from religious law. Outiside of religion there is no immorality. Remove religion from the world and you also do away with evil. We go back to our animal instincts, doing whatever feels good. Imagine a world where everyone lives like that. Even if you claim not to follow a religion, you are probably living by some standards that came form some faith. If you are in the US, you probably get those (don't kill, lie, steal) from Christianity. So what do you think? Are you evil or not?

By the tone of your words, you sound like a very nice person. No my friend, you are not evil. However, the one who IS, has deceived you. Who has said we all have the "right" to any religion? Was it God, or man? Man will say many things but they originate from the one who detests man - Satan.

My friend, your life is NOT your own - God created you for a purpose - to worship HIM.

Jesus IS the way, the truth and the life. NO ONE comes to God the Father except through Him.

This is a life and death situation - we care a lot about where you go after your physical body dies.

I totally agree with you! Everyone should have the right to believe what they want, but not force their belifs onto other people. People are keen on religeon cos' it gives them a sense of security in their lives. I mean, death is a scary thing and many people would rather believe in the possibility of a 'heaven' then accept that we really just don't know whats gona happen!

Whenever someone makes a statement that starts with the words "To Me". The only thing they are only attempting to accomplish, is justify "their ideas, thoughts, and actions"; against the Laws of Yahweh/Jehovah/God.

This is known as Idolotry. And when you go before God, on the Day of Judgment; He is going to determine things according to His Ways - Not Yours.

IF I am wrong, in believing the saving grace given to all; through the shedding of the blood, death, and resurrection of Yeshua/Jesus Christ. What will I lose?? Nothing

IF you are wrong, about that same saving grace and all that the Bible says about Yahweh; what have you lost?? Everything

If you are still willing to risk your entire eternal life, on what may or may not happen in the here and now - have fun -- put I will not stop praying for you to one day decide differently. For the sake of Your Soul - which happens to be more important than your physical life!

No, it makes you cute. ;-)

Seriously though, I agree with you and the problem is that people of certain religions believe they have the "truth" and see anyone who doesn't believe as they do to be a lost soul and/or deceived by their devil. They suffer from very black & white thinking as seen by the whole mentality of "if you're not with us you are against us and therefore are working for the devil".

Personally I could care less what other people believe in, be it one God, no Gods, or 20+ Gods.

no it does not make you evil but it does make you lost. There is an eternity coming where life will only exist in God and can only be obtained through the method He chose (Christ). It is very difficult to understand how anyone would knowingly, with full understanding, desire to go into eternity without salvation knowing it means separation from God and eternal judgment. That is why we persist.

Being a heathen doesn't make you evil. Evil is a choice to do harmful things in the world. That has nothing to do with being heathen... and yes, my life is important to me and I will be sad when it is over.

I am no different from you. I myself am a sinner. And I don't believe in religion, I believe in Jesus Christ who died for me to give me life.... And he has forgiven me and changed me. Your life is important to you but YOU are important to God. Yes, there is one God and he will not force Himself to you. And yes, you have a right to choose who to worship. You have a choice.... I cannot tell you eloquent words or convince you to anything... I can only tell you how God was real to me... I am sure because, I experienced it. And I am willing to die for what I believe in.

You are human--that's what makes you evil. Any attempt to divide up the human race between good and bad or holy and evil is mere racism. You're free to ignore it.
