Unfortunately the only university I know that teaches Arabic is SOAS, very close to the British Museum (Russel Square Station - Piccadilly line).
They teach Oriental Languages there. It is a very good university, with good reputation. Check their site, for Arabic language.

And I can't understand why almost everybody is being so rude, narrow minded, and sending you to Arabia and Mecca and so on. A lot of people need to learn other languages because of their jobs, is it so difficult to understand that?

Well, if you have enough time you could join the SOAS it's really useful they got a course which lasts for 10 weeks ,so yea I would go with Ana's answer .
But another place which is really was more suitable for me because of part time option was City Lit
you can e-mail them directly on this e-mail
languages@citylit.ac.uk
Also you can check this link to get all the time tables of the available courses
http://www.citylit.ac.uk/coursetype.php?section=Arabic

Hope it helps :).Good luck with Arabic it's really cool.
*Now I'm studying Linguistics and Phonetics ofArabic,English and some other languages:)

I just seen your answer I do not know the place of the Arabic course close to you . But you can not get an exact question here .Because people who do not know the answer as you see are giving answers like you should go to Saudi region and so on .
In my opinion you should ask to people living in your city . That would be better .
