For example if you have two pieces of same grade steel but heat treated differently and have different phase distribution. I mean one of them has 15% reatined austenite and the other one has 5% reatined austenite. Can we distinguish these two steel pieces with an electronic coating measurement device (their working principle is magnetic induction) if we have a sample that we know that it has - lets say - 20% retained austenite?
