Well it's pancake day ( shrove tuesday ) ..... I am going to have Nuttella and slices of bananah with a splodge of cream on my pancakes.....Yum

I usually have real maple syrup on pancakes, but I can't have such rich, sweet food on a weekday so maybe I'll make potato pancakes. In that case I'll have them with some sour cream and lots of fresh ground black pepper.

I love vegan margarine and maple syrup. Mmmmm. Before becoming a vegan, I would sometimes drizzle cajeta on pancakes. Cajeta is Mexican caramel, and oh so good.

I usually put butter and maple syrup on mine, but my dad sometimes puts blueberry jam on his...My friend puts honey on hers. If my mom would let me, I'd put vanilla ice cream on mine.
But Nutella, bananas, and whipped cream sound good, too, though...
