You wet the toothbrush in a sink, you get some toothpaste and put it on the brush then you put the brush in your mouth at an angle and move in circular motions so that as you brush your teeth you brush your gums and you are soon on your way to being gingivitis free! Whoo hooo lol

I put tooth paste onto a dry electric tooth brush and first i do the back ones then i do the outsides of them then the fronts first in a circular motion then up and down spitting out the remaining tooth paste and rinse with mouth wash never rinse with water as that takes away the protection of the fluoride in the toothpaste.

Salaams specific we are able to brush our teeth mutually as fasting. i think of anybody is being a a sprint severe with the help of asserting we are to no longer sopposed to sweep our teeth for the duration of fasting. Brothers & Sisters brushing our teeth throughout the time of the day does not wreck our fasting--as long as we dont swollow the water & toothpaste. no person needs to eat toothpaste! Please, shall we no longer get severe and say that cleansing our mouths breaks the fast. we are sopposed to maintain our bodies and mouths clean as Muslims. Allah loves people who save themsleves clean.

brushing is not a difficult task......first hold the brush use the braces of the brush to clean your teeth,use brush in every corner of the mouth and dont forget to use a paste and then rinse your mouth and feel the freshness

with a medium stiffnes toothbrush and a good quality toothpaste.
brush teeth up and down. Brush gums side to side.
If it takes less than 3 minutes, you didn't do it right.
get that new kid's mouth rinse that stains the plaque in your mouth... swish it around then check that there's no blue on your teeth.
If any blue is found... brush more.

Away from your gums, not to rough, In my opinion it doesn't matter if you brush'em from left to right or up & down, make sure to also brush your tongue. Make sure you brush them for at LEAST two minutes, twice a day is fine (normal). But some people (like me) brush'em three times a day, i take my tooth brush to work.....use mouth wash for 30 seconds, and floss....careful when flossing, not to rough. Do it several times up and down....and back again.....

BRUSH UR TEETH REGULARLY AT LEST AFTER EVERY MEAL USING A RECOMMENDE TOOTHPASTE, ALSO BE SURE TO CHANGE UR TOOTH BRUSH AFTER EVERY 3MONTHS AND DON'T FORGET TO SEE UR DENTIST REGULARLY
