hi frens, my fren died 4yrs bak, still i think their parents r lying, he is alive. if he is not alive they must be having his death certificate. I just want to know about a site where i can check this. can u guys help me?

Try googling his name, it should come up if its published, if not, then you have to call whoever handles them. Im not sure who does them, but it is an official document, so It should be availible somewhere, good luck.

Yes go to archives. Look up Death and Birth Records, and also Library has Archives.

YOU CAN FIND IT OUT FROM HIS RELATIVES IF THEY HAVE SEEN HIS DEAD BODY.
