My cat oreo, has not been eating for over a week. He's been getting to thin, and when he goes to the bathroom, he only poops a brown thin liquid. Should i take him to the Vet. I've tried to give him treats, and he will only smell it, then turn away. Is that a sign that something is wrong.

YES YOU NEED TO GO TO THE VET NOW!!!! Your cat may have one of many medical conditions!! The earlier a condition is caught, the more likely they will be able to treat it with success.
Now, get off the computer and go to the vet!!!

This is most definitely a sign that there is something wrong! You need to take this cat to your vet NOW! Do NOT wait any longer! This could be anything from worms to something much more serious, but this cat needs medical attention NOW!
