Hi iam ramya 23 years old, iam under weight and i have tried many things to gain to weight but theres no result at all. Iam only 36 kilos which is really making me depressed and inferior in public.

I have tried eating all proteins and calorie foods but is of no use to me....

And few of my friends say that its too difficult to gain weight after 20 years and this is making me feel bad again...

Is there any one who can help me in this .... please provide where i can gain weght i a healthy way...

I was very skinny in my youth. I simply had a very fast metabolism.
You may find that your metabolism slows down when you reach age 30.
Until then, eat calorie-rich foods.
Eat bananas: something in them helps keep weight on.
Lift weights, as well.
I would ignore the suggestion that you eat flour. That sounds unpleasant and potentially dangerous.

First of all, your friends are not dieticians so I suggest you ignore their bickering.

Contrary to popular belief, exercise is a very effective way to gain pounds. Exercising speeds up your metabolism, making you want to eat more.

Try eating meat. Calories are not enough. Also, sugars are very good weight boosters. Eat lots of ice cream, cookies, and soda.

Drink 1 quart of lime juice and 1 teaspoon of yeast and wait 5 minutes, and eat two cups of dried flour. This is a really hard process, so take your time. This will take about 30 minutes, so take your time, putting the flour in. Then drink about 3-6 cups of water. You will instantly gain about 5-10 pounds. God speed this process.
