Vit. A,E, B group (that is B1, B2, B6), C and certain minerals. Vitamin E and vitamin C have antioxidant properties and therefore help a great deal in preventing any sort of skin damage. Vitamin A prevents the sunrays from causing any harm to the skin and Vitamin C works towards healing the skin. Eating lots of fruit and vegetables and fish will help you obtain the necessary vitamins. Also drink plenty of WATER.

Anything that has Vitamin E in it.If ure looking for lotions, same as well.But l'occitane's Shea Butter makes ure skin fully moisturized.But nothin beats 8glasses of water on a daily basis,keeps ur skin moist,healthy n lookin great!
