scientificaly it has been shown that somethng happens to the chromosome and it splits off in the gestation period and it turns the person gay. its not a choice. its just different. so if tis sin then why did god have this happen to the baby?? that would mean that the person who is gay is going to hell for a reason that they had no control over. thats like being sent to hell for being born with down syndrome. dont you agree??

Gay is something a person chooses. This is like saying that a kid that starts stealing at a young age and continues when he is an adult should not go to jail because he is "born" with it. Regardless of the situation, it is still sin. God forbids it. He calls it sodomy. A gay person decides if they will follow the words of God or not. If they choose not to then they know they will end up in the lake of fire. I would rather refrain from sex my whole entire life than to deliberately sin against God and end up burning in hell forever, as our life here is so short compared to eternity. No I am not gay. A person born with down syndrome does not go to hell because they cannot account for themselves. A gay person can! Anyway, this is not my opinion, it is what is in the Bible. A gay person will have to answer to God for anything they do.

Thanks A Lot For Your Question :)

Well First I would like to tell you that this question shouldn't be only asked to Christians, Secondly scientists still don't know yet how people become gay

Simon LeVay, Discover says :It's important to stress what I didn't find. I did not prove that homosexuality was genetic, or find a genetic cause for being gay. I didn't show that gay men are born that way, the most common mistake people make in interpreting my work. Nor did I locate a gay center in the brain. INAH-3 is less likely to be the sole gay nucleus of the brain than a part of a chain of nuclei engaged in men and women's sexual behavior...Since I looked at adult brains we don't know if the differences I found were there at birth, or if they appeared later.

I don't know if the whole chromosome thing is true, i've also heard of the possibility that it was due to higher stress during pregnancy which resulted in higher female hormones being produced. Either way, i'm not religious but I am going to assume that one can say that it is not god who let this happen but the devil who created the deformity. Some might just go back to the old well god created Adam and Eve for a reason. Either way, I don't think its against god per say, though it is i guess in some way against pro-creation. But that just proves that marriage is indeed only to reproduce and not to love one an other. But i think this is basically the reason why some priests choose to read the bible litaraly and be against it, while some have nothing against gays but just them marrying each other, while others say that God's word is to love one another thus have no problem with gays or the marriage of gays. Plus apparently animals (such as goats) have about the same percentage of homosexuality.

Romans chapters 1-3 is called No Excuses.
Chapter 1:18-32 is God's Wrath Against Mankind
1 Corinthians 6:12-20 Sexual Immorality
People aren't born gay, but it's a choice, we all have free will.

i think of they're against gay marriage through fact they have self assurance what the bible says, to the letter... and the bible says that homosexuality is incorrect. It additionally names marriage as a spiritual business enterprise, subsequently... if in accordance to this faith homosexuality is incorrect, how can they then enable this morally incorrect relationship to end a spiritual ceremony? i'm no longer saying that I disagree with gay marriage, yet... from they're attitude, it relatively is clever. Why won't be able to we purely enable the gay's have all the rights of a married couple, and purely call it some thing else for crying out loud? The Christians do exactly no longer choose their religious ceremony taken from them...

All people are born heterosexual. The proof is in your physical form. You have the tools and hormones to make babies heterosexually. Women have a complete set of organs for making eggs and growing a fetus, and they have the hormones necessary to stimulate production of milk and shrink their uterus after giving birth. Men have all the necessary functions for manufacturing sperm and delivering them.

If we were born gay, we would be (by definition) capable of procreating homosexually.

I don't know what chromosome you think scientists were looking at, but it didn't make anyone gay. Being gay is strictly a behavior, and it's not just against God, it's against nature's design.

Having said that, I don't really understand why everyone considers it such a crime, no one is really hurt by it. But you owe it to yourself to call it what it is.

no I don't agree. science has not proven anything of the sort. that "finding" was flawed by a scientist who manipulated data for his own agenda and is not accepted as valid. Being "gay" is a choice. If you don't know what to 'choose' - look in the mirror...what you see on the outside is what you are. Develop that mindset to go with your physical body and you won't have a "problem" ---- satan just loves to twist the mind and that is something that can be overcome.

I don't claim to know what causes people to be attracted to people of the same sex. But almost everyone has control over their choices. It is not appropriate to have sexual relations of any kind except within marriage between a husband and a wife. Again, I don't know what causes same-sex attraction, but most gay and straight people have the power to choose not to use sexual relations in an inappropriate way.

That science you are referring to is bogus. It doens't hold up in twin studies. Identical twins aren't both gay. And besides, no chromozone will force us into bad behavior. Just because you WANT to have sex with someone or something, doens't mean God created you that way. You'll be judged in the end based on what you did, not what you wanted to do.

makes no difference if there is a supposed "gay gene" or not.

the bottom line is this:

It is against God's holy will and is declared to be an abomination in the bible.

makes no difference if 99% of the people in the world are homosexual. The bible declares it to be unnatural and a great sin against God's holiness.

we are called to obey god, love god, honor god, serve god. that is the duty of man.

god bless
