Have you heard the term 7th Heaven??
Seven is used in the Bible frequently. There is a lot of numerology in the bible and the number 7 is used to represent God.
God rested on the 7th day (Sunday)
To be the 7th son of 7th son is lucky-
If you are playing a slot Machine a 7 7 7 will usually get you BIG payout !
If you say "Lucky Number 7" it sounds natural because its been said so many times before.

No. It would make more sense to have five days in a week when there are 365 days in a year.
There is no "supernatural" significance to any number. There are numbers which appear frequently in nature (e, pi, fibonacci numbers, etc.) but it has no deep meaning.
