What program can I download for free that will allow me to transfer mp3 ringtones to my cell phone?

I have an LG VX5200 and a cable that is compatible, but no software. Does anyone have any suggestions?

No software came with the cable. I know that the cable works as it is recognized when I plug it in, but I need a program that is compatible with my VX5200.

you would have got the software to use to transfer the data wile you buy the datacable for it...
so check for it
