The trinity does not exist in the Bible. Most people who claim to believe in the trinity don't fully know what it is. They feel that to say the Father, Son and holy spirit are God is what the trinity is all about. But there is MUCH more to the trinty than that.

According to the Athanasian Creed, which the trinity is based on: "So there is One Father, not Three Fathers; one Son, not Three Sons; One Holy Ghost, not Three Holy Ghosts. And in this Trinity none is afore or after Other, None is greater or less than Another, but the whole Three Persons are Co-eternal together, and Co-equal."

Is there any scripture in the Bible that says the Father, Son, and holy spirit are co-equal, co-eternal and almighty? No. Trinitarians will still try to use the Bible to prove their point. Here are a few of their "proofs."

John 10:30--"I and the Father are one." Can you see 3 co-equal persons making up one God here? No. It doesn't even mention 3 persons. Only 2.

John 1:1--"and the Word was God." Do you see 3 co-eternal persons making up one God here? No. Again, only 2 persons are mentioned.

At Matt. 28:19, the Father, Son, and holy spirit are all mentioned in the same verse. But does it say they are all co-equal, co-eternal, and almighty AND that they make up one God? Not even close.

The trinity did not become "Christian" until sometime after the Council of Constantinople in 381 CE. That was over 300 years after Jesus' death.

In reality, Jehovah is the Most High God. (Ps. 83:18) He is the ONLY true God.(John 17:3) Jesus Christ is the Son of God.(John 10:36) The holy spirit is God's active force or power. (Gen. 1:2)
