Christians, the best way to get a stubborn family saved?

I thought about going to the dollar store and buying bibles, highlighting winning scripture and mailing it to them. Any other ideas?

The best way to show the love of Christ is by example. Being loving and kind, being a light to those around you. I would suggest if you want to send something, make it a note or card, expressing your love and concern. Let them see your heart first, Christians who walk with the Lord have a light about them, people notice, they wonder...what do you have that they do not. I have found in general people will not pick up a Bible to read just because it is there.And if they do, unless there is someone positive around they may become confused. There is GREAT power in prayer, pray for your loved ones, pray for God to prepare their hearts and pray that God will not only give you the opportunity to share the gospel, but the words you will need. I have seen this in my life , when I hit walls of those I loved that would not hear, I prayed and prayed and my prayers were answered.
Life is short and we never know what the next minute holds, or even if we have a tomorrow, dont wait, pray and God will show you the way.

From personal experience, it is harder to witness to a family member than a total stranger. Sometimes they think we appear as having a holier than thou attitude, even if that is not our intention. Maybe a pastor you know would be willing to give them a call. He or she doesn't even have to mention your name, just that someone is thinking about them and praying for them, and that is the most important part...prayer.
